x402 response envelope check

Runs one named check against an x402 response you paste, to see if it passes.
Send a pasted x402 response, its status, headers, and body, plus the id of one check from the check catalog, and it runs that one check against it. It returns whether the check passed, the finding if it did not, a suggested fix, and the envelope summary. It is for verifying that an x402 response follows the protocol correctly.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I built an x402 endpoint and need to check one specific rule in its response
For example: Paste the response and the check id, and read back whether it passed.
When: A check failed and I need to know how to fix it
For example: Read the finding and its suggested fix from the report.
When: I need to see the full list of checks I could run against a response
For example: Fetch the check catalog first, then pick one check id to run here.
