It returns US real Gross Domestic Product, quarterly, in billions of chained 2017 dollars at a seasonally adjusted annual rate. The response includes the latest reading, the prior quarter, quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year change, and recent history. No ticker is needed, and it is sourced from the St. Louis Fed.
