Looks up US healthcare providers in the CMS NPPES registry, the authoritative directory of National Provider Identifiers. Give it an exact 10-digit NPI, or search by provider last name and optional first name, or by organization name, narrowed by state or specialty. It returns the NPI, entity type, status, name or organization name, enumeration and last-updated dates, taxonomy details with state license, and practice or mailing addresses with phone.
