It runs a fresh 25-check scan of an origin, using non-settling GET and HEAD requests plus benign empty POST probes, bypassing any cached result. It returns a grade, a score, each check's status with evidence and fix instructions, and a shareable report URL. An unreachable or broken origin still gets a valid graded result, an F.
