Gives you every active multifamily deal at card level: address, price, units, and cap rate.
It returns every active multifamily property listing at card level: address, price, unit count, advertised cap rate, the listing URL, and how fresh the listing is. It does not include the computed underwriting or scoring that the fuller feed offers, but covers the same listings with the same query filters. A query that matches nothing is not charged.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to browse active multifamily deals cheaply
For example: Call the basic tier instead of the full feed.
When: I need a deal's basic numbers before deciding whether to dig deeper
For example: Read the price, units, and advertised cap rate fields.
When: I want to filter results the same way as the full feed
For example: Use the same query filters as the full feed.
When: I'm not sure my filter will match anything
For example: Run it anyway — a query with no matches is not charged.
