Smart-money score for a trader wallet

Gives you a 0-100 smart-money score for a trader wallet, with a tier rating.
It computes a composite smart-money score from 0 to 100 for a trader wallet, combining realized profit, ROI, and trading scale into one rating, with a tier of elite, strong, or competent. It filters out contracts first, so only real traders are scored. It is meant for agents ranking wallets to copy-trade or to check against other sources.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if a wallet is worth copy-trading
For example: Send the wallet and read its smart-money score and tier.
When: I need to rank several wallets against each other
For example: Compare their scores to rank candidates for copy-trading.
When: I need to make sure I'm not scoring a contract as if it were a trader
For example: Rely on its contract filtering, since only real traders are scored.
When: I need a second opinion to check against another wallet-rating source
For example: Use its score to vet a wallet against a rating from elsewhere.
