Gives you recent stock trades disclosed by US members of Congress.
It returns recent stock trades disclosed by US members of Congress under the STOCK Act, parsed live from official House and Senate transaction reports. Each trade includes the member, chamber, ticker, asset, buy or sell type, date, and disclosed dollar range. You can filter by chamber and ticker, and set how many recent filings to return.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see what stocks members of Congress have recently traded
For example: Call it and read the recent trades.
When: I only care about one chamber, like the Senate
For example: Set chamber to senate.
When: I need to know if a specific stock was traded by a member of Congress
For example: Set ticker to that stock's symbol.
