Confirms the server is up and your x402 payment pipeline actually works.
It checks server liveness and the x402 payment pipeline together. It returns an ok status, the server time, and whether the call was paid, so you can verify your x402 client end to end before spending on a real data endpoint.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to confirm a server is up before relying on it
For example: Call this and check the ok field.
When: I need to confirm my x402 client actually paid successfully
For example: Check the paid field in the response.
When: I need a trusted server timestamp alongside the liveness check
For example: Read the returned server time.
