Aave V3 health factor for one address

Give it an Ethereum address and it returns that address's health factor on Aave V3, the number that says how close a borrowed position is to being liquidated, along with an analysis of the position's risk. It is for an agent watching a loan that it or somebody else holds. The seller does not say what else the analysis contains.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: You hold a borrowed position on Aave and want to know how safe it is today
For example: Check the health factor and add collateral when it falls close to the line.
When: You are judging whether another address's position is near liquidation
For example: Send that address and read the risk analysis that comes back with its health factor.
