Gives you a crypto asset's spot price by ticker, with 24-hour change, market cap, and volume.
It is meant for when an agent needs a current price for a major token by symbol, before quoting, converting, or rebalancing. It returns the spot price for one crypto asset by ticker symbol, along with its 24-hour change, market cap, and volume when the source reports them.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need a token's current price before I quote or convert it
For example: Send the ticker symbol and read the spot price field.
When: I need to know how much the price moved in the last day
For example: Read the 24-hour change field.
When: I need market cap or volume alongside the price
For example: Read the market cap and volume fields, when the source reports them.
