It returns current space-weather conditions, normalized from NOAA's Space Weather Prediction Center: the Kp index, solar wind, magnetic field readings, and X-ray flux. These are the measures used to monitor for solar flares. Each reading carries its observation time and how fresh it is.

When: I need to know if solar-flare risk is currently elevated
For example: Check the Kp index and X-ray flux.

For example: Read the solar wind reading.
