Loads a webpage in a real browser and pulls structured data out of it.
Fetches a URL with a real, rendered browser, then uses AI to extract structured data from the page in one call. It tries more than one model in sequence for reliability. Best for a page you have not already fetched yourself; a cheaper option exists if you already have the page content. Results are cached for 24 hours per URL and schema combination.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I have a URL but no page content yet and need structured data from it
For example: Send the URL to fetch it with a real browser and extract structured data in one call.
When: I want extraction to keep working even if one AI model fails
For example: Rely on it trying multiple models in sequence for reliability.
When: I'm going to ask for the same URL and schema again soon
For example: Reuse the cached result from the last 24 hours instead of paying again for the same URL and schema.
