Gives you a quick on-chain snapshot of any EVM address.
Give it an EVM address and it returns a snapshot: whether the address is a contract or a wallet, its balance, its transaction count, and an activity signal. The source does not say more about how the activity signal is calculated or what other response fields it returns.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if an address is a contract or a regular wallet
For example: Send the address and read whether it is flagged as a contract or a wallet.

For example: Send the address to get its balance in the response.
