Gives you a company's insider trades, institutional holdings, and recent material events in one call.
It returns a smart-money bundle for a US-listed company, found by ticker or CIK: Form 4 insider trades, 13F-HR institutional holdings, and recent 8-K material events, together in one call. It resolves a ticker to its CIK through the SEC's official index and is sourced live from data.sec.gov.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see what a company's insiders have been buying or selling
For example: Request the bundle and read the Form 4 data.
When: I need to see which institutions hold a company's stock
For example: Read the 13F-HR holdings data.
When: I need to know about a recent material event at a company
For example: Read the 8-K events data.
When: I only have a ticker, not a CIK
For example: Pass the ticker; it resolves to CIK automatically.
