Looks up the native coin and ERC-20 token balance for any wallet address on Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, or Ethereum. It returns both the raw amount and the human-decimal amount in one call. It is built for agents that need a wallet's holdings without querying each chain separately.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need a wallet's balance on a specific EVM chain
