US mortgage and macro rate snapshot

Gives you current US mortgage, prime, fed funds and CPI rates together.
It returns a live snapshot of US mortgage and macro rates: 30-year and 15-year fixed mortgage rates, the prime rate, the federal funds rate, and year-over-year CPI, each with its own as-of date. Every read also carries a settlement transaction hash and a cache window.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need today's 30-year and 15-year mortgage rates together
For example: Call it and read the mortgage_30yr_pct and mortgage_15yr_pct fields.
When: I need mortgage rates alongside broader macro context, in one call
For example: Read the prime, fed funds, and CPI fields alongside the mortgage rates.
When: I need to know exactly when each rate figure was last updated
For example: Read the as_of date attached to each rate.
