SSL certificate expiry check

Tells you when a hostname's SSL certificate expires.
It checks a hostname's SSL/TLS certificate: issuer, common name, SANs, valid-from and valid-to dates, days until expiry, and whether it is valid now, drawn from public certificate-transparency logs. It also reports whether the site currently answers over HTTPS. It is for certificate expiry monitoring and alerts.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know when a hostname's SSL certificate expires
For example: Check the valid-to date and days until expiry.
When: I need to monitor a certificate so it doesn't expire unnoticed
For example: Call it on a schedule to catch a shrinking days-until-expiry count.
When: I need to confirm a certificate's issuer and covered domains
For example: Read the issuer, common name, and SANs fields.
When: I need to know if a site is currently reachable over HTTPS
For example: Check the HTTPS-reachable field alongside the certificate details.
