Gives you a live feed of which x402 endpoints on Base are actually up and answering.
It probes x402 endpoints across the CDP Bazaar catalog and reports which ones are up, return a valid 402 payment envelope, and how fast they respond. A real share of listed endpoints turn out broken or misconfigured. Poll it by timestamp with since, or filter to health=healthy, to route your agent only to endpoints that actually work.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if an x402 endpoint I'm about to call is actually working
For example: Check it in the reliability feed before calling it.
