Reputation score for a Base wallet

Gives you a 0-100 reputation score for a Base wallet, to judge a peer agent.
It returns a composite 0-100 reputation score for any Base wallet, blending its ERC-8004 agent registration, its settlement activity read from Base, and ERC-8004 feedback and validation events across all of that owner's agents. It requires ERC-8004 registration to filter out burn addresses and exchange wallets. The result is cached for 24 hours, and it is meant for deciding whether to integrate with, pay, or trust a peer agent.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to decide whether to trust a peer agent's wallet before paying it
For example: POST the wallet address and read the composite score.
When: I want the score based on more or less history than the default 90 days
For example: Set the days parameter to the window you want.
When: I need to filter out burn addresses or exchange wallets automatically
For example: Rely on its hard gate requiring ERC-8004 registration.
