Strips patient identifiers from healthcare text and turns dates into a day-interval timeline.
Send it text and it strips out names, dates of birth, member and claim IDs, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and social security numbers. Dates become a derived interval timeline, such as days between a service and a denial, so timing math still works after the scrub. It returns the scrubbed text plus a token map for re-identifying it locally. This is a demo endpoint for synthetic or test data only, and production use needs a separate licensed engine.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I have healthcare text with patient names and IDs and need it de-identified
For example: Send the text and read back the scrubbed text with names, IDs, and dates replaced.
When: I need timing math to keep working after removing real dates
For example: Read the derived interval timeline, such as days between service and denial, from the output.
When: I need to re-identify scrubbed text later, locally
For example: Keep the returned token map, which maps each placeholder back to the original value.
When: I am only testing this and must not send real patient data
For example: Send only synthetic or test text, since this demo endpoint says real health information must never be sent.
