Searches Twitter/X for tweets matching words, an author, hashtags, or engagement thresholds.
It searches Twitter (X) for tweets using filters such as specific words or an exact phrase, words to exclude, hashtags, an author or mentioned account, a date range, and minimum reply, like, or repost counts. At least one filter is required. It returns up to 20 tweets per page, most recent first, in a format compatible with the X v2 API, with a token for paging to more results.
