Multi-exchange volume-weighted crypto price

Gives you a volume-weighted median spot price across four major exchanges.
It returns a volume-weighted median spot price for one of 16 crypto assets, aggregating Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and OKX in parallel, each with a 2-second timeout. It applies 1 percent outlier rejection and reports the cross-exchange spread, a confidence grade of high, medium, or low, and each source's volume weight.
