Gives you a US-listed company's latest SEC filings, by ticker or CIK.
It returns the latest SEC EDGAR filings for any US-listed company, found by stock ticker or CIK number. It covers 10-K annual reports, 10-Q quarterly reports, and 8-K material event filings, resolving a ticker to its CIK through the SEC's own index. Each result is a parsed filing with the company, form type, and dated items, sourced live from data.sec.gov.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need a company's latest annual report
For example: Look up its ticker and read the 10-K filing.
When: I need a company's latest quarterly report
For example: Look up its ticker and read the 10-Q filing.
When: I need to know about a recent material event at a company
For example: Look up its ticker and read the 8-K filing.
When: I only have a company's CIK number, not its ticker
