The manifest is signed with a post-quantum signature (ML-DSA-65 / Dilithium-3, under NIST FIPS 204), anchored by a Dilithium-2 key. It is built to meet EU AI Act Article 10 and 53 training-data provenance rules, and it binds only the hash, not the data itself, so nothing private is exposed.
