Tracks Korean crypto exchange alerts: new listings, delistings, investment warnings, and caution flags. It returns listing changes with the token symbol, its Korean name, the change type, and when it was detected, plus a separate list of tokens under caution with the reasons flagged, such as an investment warning or soaring volume.

When: I need to know about new listings or delistings on Korean exchanges

For example: Call it and read the caution_tokens list and their flags.
