Lists X accounts your wallet owns or can access, with full credentials.
It lists X (Twitter) accounts that the calling wallet owns or has shared access to, and returns their full credentials. Your wallet address becomes the account's owner, and the same wallet is used to access it again later.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see which X accounts my wallet controls
For example: Call it with your wallet and read the account list.
When: I need the credentials for an X account my wallet already owns
For example: Read the credentials returned for that account.
