It returns whether GBLIN's contract would pay a keeper bounty right now, reading an adaptive reward directly from the contract, and it names the MCP tool reference for finding and executing the exact swap. The reward is a small percentage of the rebalanced value, with a floor amount, and can be claimed at most once an hour.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I want to check whether a GBLIN keeper bounty is currently available before acting
