Gives you the recommended Monero transaction fee, per byte and per kilobyte.
It returns the recommended Monero network fee in piconero per byte. The same fee is also given per kilobyte, for convenience.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know the current recommended fee for a Monero transaction
For example: Call it and read the per-byte fee in piconero.
When: I'd rather work in fee-per-kilobyte than fee-per-byte
For example: Read the per-kB field instead.
