Hedera network facts (anchor cost)

Gives you Hedera network facts, like anchor cost, with a tamper-evident attestation ID.
It returns Hedera network facts such as the HBAR exchange rate, gas fees, supply, the node roster, throughput, and anchor cost, selected by a fact parameter in the URL path. Each response carries an attestation ID for the exact snapshot served, so an agent can later prove what data it knew when it acted.
