Independently fetches, hashes and timestamps a URL, with a signed certificate.
It independently fetches a URL or API response, hashes it, timestamps it, and archives it, returning a signed certificate. The certificate is Merkle-anchored on Base once an hour. It is meant as neutral third-party evidence for disputes in agent commerce.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need proof of what a URL said at a specific moment, from a neutral party
For example: Send the URL and keep the signed certificate.
When: I'm in a dispute and need evidence an API response really said what I claim
For example: Have it fetch and certify the response as evidence.
When: I need to confirm a certificate's anchor on Base
For example: Check it against the hourly Merkle anchor.
