Gives you parsed Congressional stock trades from periodic transaction reports.
It returns parsed House and Senate periodic transaction report trades: the member, the ticker, the trade type, the amount range, and the filing lag between the trade and its disclosure. It covers the last 1,000 trades.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see what a member of Congress has recently traded
For example: Call it and read the member, ticker, and trade type fields.
When: I need to know how late a trade was disclosed
For example: Read the filing lag field for the trade.
When: I need recent trading activity across Congress, not just one member
For example: Read across the last 1,000 trades returned.
