Resolves a US-listed company ticker to its SEC EDGAR CIK and registrant name.
It resolves a US-listed company ticker through the SEC EDGAR company ticker dataset. It returns the CIK, the ticker, and the registrant name, meant for company research, SEC filing discovery, and equity due diligence.
