x402 payment round-trip echo test

Confirms your x402 payment client works by echoing back your message and the settlement details.
It is a reference endpoint for testing an x402 payment client end to end. Send it a short text message, up to 500 characters, and it echoes the message back along with a timestamp and the details of the payment that unlocked it: the transaction, the network, and the payer address. It is for a developer confirming a client and facilitator setup work before relying on them elsewhere.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to confirm my x402 client can complete a real payment end to end
For example: Send a short test message and check that a valid transaction comes back with it.
When: I need to see what a settled x402 payment's details look like
For example: Read the returned transaction, network, and payer fields after a successful call.
When: I need a harmless call to test a new wallet's payment setup
For example: Send a short message like a greeting and confirm the echo and payment details return.
