SEC insider trades (Form 4)

Gives you a US company's latest insider trades reported on SEC Form 4.
It returns the latest insider trades reported on SEC Form 4 for a US-listed company, looked up by ticker or CIK. Each trade includes who bought or sold, their role such as director, officer or 10% owner, the transaction code, shares, price per share, total value, and shares held after. It resolves a ticker to its CIK using the SEC's own index, and reads live from data.sec.gov.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see who at a company has been buying or selling its stock
For example: Send the ticker or CIK and read the list of insider trades.
When: I need to know an insider's role before weighing their trade
For example: Read the role field, like director, officer or 10% owner.
When: I need the dollar value of an insider trade, not just share count
For example: Read the price per share and total value fields.
