ECB foreign exchange reference rates

Gives you the European Central Bank's daily foreign exchange reference rates.
It returns foreign exchange reference rates published by the European Central Bank. You give it a base currency and can optionally filter to specific currency symbols. The rates update daily on the ECB's own schedule.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need today's official ECB reference rate for a currency pair
For example: Set the base currency and read the rate for the currency you need.
When: I only need a few specific currencies, not the full rate table
For example: Pass a symbols filter to limit the response to the currencies you want.
When: I need exchange rates that follow an official daily schedule rather than a live feed
For example: Call it once a day, after the ECB's daily publication.
