Bounded HTML structure extract for a page

Give it the address of a public web page and it pulls out the structure of that page's HTML. The seller says the extraction is deterministic, so the same page gives the same answer, and bounded, so there is a limit on how much comes back. It does not say which parts of the structure are returned.

When: You want the shape of a public page instead of its whole raw HTML
For example: Point it at a product page and work from the structure it returns rather than parsing the page yourself.
When: You need the same answer every time you read the same page
For example: Run it twice on one address and compare, since the seller says the result is deterministic.
