Gives a Kaspa address's balance, transaction count and USD value, or network status when no address is given.
Kaspa: the balance of an address with transaction count and USD value. Without an address it returns network status: blocks, difficulty, hashrate, and circulating and max supply. You POST JSON with address.

When: I need a Kaspa address balance
