Checks whether an x402 purchase actually settled and was delivered.
Checks whether an x402 purchase actually settled and delivered what was paid for. You submit bounded, non-secret metadata for the payment requirement, the payment response, the delivery receipt, and the settlement reference, and it returns one verdict per field: proven, conflicting, or missing. Verdicts are computed only from the artifacts you provide; it does not fetch chain state or contact the provider for you.

When: I paid for something over x402 and I'm not sure it actually settled
For example: Submit the payment requirement and payment response to get a proven/conflicting/missing verdict.
When: I received something but I'm not sure it matches what I paid for
For example: Submit the delivery receipt alongside the payment artifacts to check them against each other.
When: I need evidence to attach to a refund request or dispute
For example: Use the field-by-field verdict as the evidence you attach.
When: I already have proof from the chain and just need it checked, not fetched again
For example: Submit the settlement reference yourself, since it won't fetch chain state for you.
