Live EVM gas price and transfer cost

Gives you live gas prices and the cost to send a simple transfer.
Call it with a chain and it returns the current EIP-1559 base fee, plus low, medium, and high priority tiers, all in gwei. It also includes the estimated cost of a simple transfer in the chain's native currency. It works across multiple EVM chains.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need the current base fee for gas on a chain
For example: Call this endpoint with the chain to get the current base fee in gwei.
When: I need to choose between a low, medium, or high priority fee
For example: Read the low, medium, and high priority tiers returned in gwei.
When: I need to know roughly what a simple transfer will cost right now
For example: Read the estimated simple transfer cost in the chain's native currency.
