Checks a wallet address against the OFAC SDN sanctions list, with a signed result.
It screens a wallet address, on Ethereum or another supported chain, against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. The result includes a sanctioned flag, a verdict such as deny, the snapshot date of the sanctions list used, and coverage details like the total number of SDN addresses checked. Each result is cryptographically signed.
