Property parcel facts lookup

Gives you a property's land use, acreage, year built and jurisdiction.
It returns parcel facts for an address or a jurisdiction-scoped parcel id: land use, acreage, year built, and legal jurisdiction, cited from official sources. It never returns owner or mailing information, and assessed value, last sale, and tax figures are in a separate paid report. You are not charged if no parcel resolves.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know a property's lot size or acreage
For example: Send the address and read the acreage field.
When: I need to know when a property was built
For example: Send the address and read the year built field.
When: I need a parcel's zoning or land use class
For example: Send the address and read the land use field.
