Token USD price by symbol or contract

Gives you the USD price for a major token by symbol, or any Base ERC-20 by its contract address.
It returns the USD price for major tokens, looked up by symbol, or for any ERC-20 token on Base, looked up by its contract address. It uses source failover, so a price is still returned if one underlying price source is down.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need the current USD price of a major token
For example: Pass the token's symbol to get its price.
When: I have a Base ERC-20 contract address and need its price
For example: Pass the contract address instead of a symbol.
When: I need a price source that keeps working if one provider goes down
For example: Rely on it instead of a single price feed with no failover.
